The beauty of Factorio is that everything can be calculated exactly. No RNG, no guesswork — just math. Here are the essential ratios you need.

Pro tip: A single Speed 3 beacon (+50% to 8 surrounding buildings) is more UPS-efficient than Speed 3 in each building. Use 8-beacon or 12-beacon layouts for megabases.
